1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

2. Shipping Time & Tracking
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the products in your order.
We do not offer free shipping at this time unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location and local customs processes.

5. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@simsekstores.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged at checkout.
